We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alarm and Camera Technician to install, maintain, and repair security systems, including burglar alarms, access control, surveillance cameras (CCTV/IP), and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable security solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure alarm systems, CCTV systems (IP & analog), and access control devices.
• Run and terminate cables (Cat5e/Cat6/Coaxial) safely and efficiently.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and system upgrades.
• Integrate alarm and video surveillance systems with mobile and monitoring apps.
• Provide end-user training on installed systems and technology.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and system diagrams.
• Respond to service calls and emergency maintenance issues.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.

Requirements:

• Must have strong work ethic
• Pass a background Check
  
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years minimum experience setting up Alarm and Camera system
• Must be able to work independently
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem solving resources, prioritizing and scheduling assignments
